The top one feels more soft and welcoming but the bottom feels too dark and sharp.

I would lean in between. The top one overuses DOF (or whatever you’re using) and it looks way too blue. The bottom one is crisper and generally looks nicer in my opinion. Although, I feel like if you added a little bit of the filter from the top image it would look better (such as the skybox and a little bit of bluish yellow).
