So ive emailed roblox support with an issue i had with my account and even tho its been only 3 days it feels like the only response im going to get is the automated message you always get and its not the first time ive tried this and it seems that the support team is just not doing their work.
Lemme know if you had an experience like this when emailing support.
To be quite frank with you, depending on the issue you are having roblox response times vary drastically… With that being said there is not much you can do, but having seen you’ve waited 3 days I would definitely try contacting support a second time about the exact same issue and possibly rephrase it? May or may not work since I presume some sort of AI does a scan of it to see if it is a legitimate concern or not.
