What is network/sharedQueue?

Can someone briefly explain to me what network/sharedQueue is in the developer console? I have searched everywhere and couldn’t find anything that explained it. It seems to be taking up a ‘bit’ of memory and I would love to fix it.

Hi, i am currently having the same issue where the network/sharedQueue is climbing uncontrollably, at some points it drops back to 100mb and hovers around there. but then it goes back up again, i tried looking everyone and not sure
