What is "ReplicatedScriptService"? and what is used for?

I had found “ReplicatedScriptService” in “Service” section of Studio.

I don’t know anything about it, I tried to find info about it on DevForum, and Developer website, however I found nothing.

I also found this, is this a feature from this list?

What is ReplicatedScriptService?

Today I was going to insert the teamservice into my game, and then saw another service in the insert service popup, ReplicatedScriptService.
