You can recreate that with scripting by making it so that the player is teleported to a different game when they touch a certain area.
You can use this YouTube tutorial. It shows you exactly how to do it.
That was not my question my question is what portals are these
They’re built with parts and such. You have to build and design the portal yourself, unless you’d like to use a free model. There aren’t any official portal objects in Roblox Studio or anything like that.
Yes there are. If you open the toolbox and go to the Ads category there are 2 official portals provided by Roblox.

Those are still free models. I was talking about the fact that there isn’t a specific object built into Roblox Studio that works as a portal.
These are part of the immersive ads beta (I’m guessing this is the answer you wanted to hear).
