What is the best way to keep server performance with physics based destruction?

Hello there!
I dont know which tag to put it on, So i hope this one is fine.
For context, I am working on a 2009 style WW1 roblox game, That features physics based destruction.

Usually server performance is normal when nothing intensive is happening since I anchor every part when they aren’t moving, But when something intensive like, Artillery, depending where they hit, It can be extremely slow for the server.

What would be the best way to keep server performance healthy while keeping physics destruction?
