What is the
curve?
Loads of people talk about it and I have no idea what it is.

(also I posted this topic because the way the internet explains it is confusing for me)
without all the fancy math and to put it in the bare bones, say you have 3 points, and you want to make a curve. (or you want a curve, then you have to make 3 points). you can use a technique called a bezier curve.

of course you can extend bezier curve to how many points you want but it will get expensive.
useful for creating arcs for vfx, or you want to smooth out something.
another cool curve is called a spline but thats another rabbit hole you can dig.
