What is the difference between game:GetService'Debris':AddItem(script.Parent ,0) and script.Parent:Destroy()

This was something I was curious to know but, couldnt really find information in what the difference was…

Basically the same thing. The only difference would be if you set the lifetime from 0 to say 5 seconds.
If the lifetime was 5 seconds it would destroy the part after five seconds but in another thread than the current one.

I think the person who wrote it just has a skill issue tbh.
