What is the reason for this difference in tool grip?

What can be the reason for this difference in the grip of the tool?
Normally both players are with different sizes, however the game forces exactly the same Avatar settings in the game settings - height, width, head, body type, proportions.

Maby you should make the avatars in r6, then they are all the same size. I dont know if this helps
