I’ve been wondering for a while, what is this:
I can’t seem to find any posts in there, and the post count is -2, so what even is that? This is just a random question I felt like asking because I was bored.

If I had to guess, they probably don’t actually want users to post in Uncategorized, and there may have previously been (or perhaps currently are) posts moved to or posted in this category either by accident or for moderation, testing, or hiding purposes. They may want people to only post in established categories so that all topics are neatly grouped with regards to what they are about, and to discourage off-topic posts (e.g. posts unrelated to Roblox development).

That makes sense,
I thought there were categories for this, ex: off-topic and bump posts is a catagory for moderated off-topic and bump posts. I may be wrong though.

This is a Discourse feature we don’t use. If you see this on this forum somewhere without modifying HTML/CSS, that’s a bug (because we don’t use this feature) and you should file it on the Discourse meta.
