how to make roblox studio run? it keeps popping up and i already tried running administrator
This is an ironic error message. 0x00000000 means success but it’s likely that Roblox Studio didn’t handle the 403 error. Have you tried reinstalling Roblox Studio?

Could you kindly unhide the IP address? I would like to ping it and verify whether it’s accessible from my network.

The IP address he covered is the Amazon S3 IP address. It has no correlation to his location.

I am pretty sure that the s3 IP could give a rough idea of someone’s location. Besides, why do you want to know the IP?
The issue pretty much does seem like a network issue from the users side.
If the IP is reachable from my network, then it should be an issue on Roblox Studio’s side. If it isn’t reachable, the server itself is likely the issue.
I’m using nslookup on the URL, but it doesn’t exist in my terminal. However, the link returns an access denied message in a browser.
