Roblox recently updated its Roadmap and added some update info about moderation and appeals. Something i noticed that they replacing their support system, “Zendesk” with “Toolbox” for appeals:

What is toolbox exactly? I would appreciate if i could get some info on that and the only thing i am aware of is that Zendesk is their support system and it seems like they moving away from that
