So you want the gun to move with the arm? Next time please put more detail in the post so we know how we can help you.
yes, the animation hierarchy seems to be messed up but i checked all the links and everything should be fine, and sorry about that.
The reason the gun is not moving with the arm is because the arm and the gun is not grouped together. Another way to make them move together is by animating them.
the v ideo is from inside the animaiton editor.
It means you did not animate it propley or it’s because the gun and arm are not together. I can do it for you if you pay me.
With all due respect, I sort of know what I’m doing; I’m fairly moderate with my coding skills and have animated viewmodels before, its just this one that doesnt seem to rotate properly, so i dont know soliciting such simple services here in a help forum doesnt seem like a good idea, but thanks.
as a second, since when we needed to have the gunmodel and the viewmodel parts in the same group? it’s worked on other viewmodels i’ve used, its how i’ve been doing it for the longest time.
Look you asked what is wrong here so I told you that the problem is the animating. You now need to find out what you did wrong so go and make my comment the thing that solves this and look for what is wrong. Here are some videos if you need any help with animating:
There is nothing wrong with the stuff itself and also if it’s about your scripting annmating then it should really be in #help-and-feedback:scripting-support
I’m rotating the arm part and its moving the left arm, thats the problem
