Easy difficulties - Boring (It is best to make these difficulties short so players don’t get bored)
Medium difficulties - Motivating
Hard difficulties - Intense

It’s your choice obviously.
But what I recommend is make it funny in easy difficulties,
Make it Motivating or childish in medium
Make it intense and motivating at hard

I would go with a more entertaining, type of music… (Funny, Childish, or maybe… Motivating), It should attract more players, and also boost the mood.
