Please give feedback and tell me what level scripter I am.
There is no such thing as “levels” in programming. It is just the experience you have. And terms like “advanced”, “intermediate”, and “beginner” are all relative. So if you could elaborate more on those that would be much appreciated
These self proclaimed levels are just for self satisfaction, they wont help you. You can label yourself an advance scripter but you will still have that knowledge, you can label yourself as an expert but you still have that same knowledge.
A very subjective term to use because people’s judge of levels may vary. However, if you really want a level, I think that you are in the intermediate level.
But seriously, there is no level, everything is relative. I mean, the smartest guy in your school might be really good in math compared to you, but if you again compare him to Alber Einstein, he is not that good anymore. You get what I mean?
And it doesn’t really help you to know «what level» you are. The most inportant thing is that you can learn more, the most important thing is to be able to learn new things. I have been programming for 3 years, and I still google probably 50% of the time
You had another post of roughly the same topic, https://devforum.roblox.com/t/what-level-scripter-am-i/593455. I personally would say you are Intermediate, but everybody here has varying opinions on the definition of ‘Intermediate’, In scripting there are no levels, apart from Intermediate and the rest, But as I said before, each person would rank you differently, so we can’t give much insight on this topic.
