What makes an Obby game truly successful and unique?

I’m looking for some tips on how to make my Obby game successful.

What makes it fun to play and popular among kids?

Should I make a UI? Should I add some features instead of a clear screen with no UI?

Should I make it difficult or easy? Should I add a difficulty selection?

Is it important to advertise it?

challenge and adventure? most popular obby games give a unique twist for the player
(idk anything about making obby games but its also important to sponsor the game cuz its more effective than an Ad)

Yes, it is challenging, but I don’t think it’s an adventure game.

It’s a combination of some colorful blocks.

Should I at least add a simple story for it, even if it’s stupid?
