I wont be able to use the uncopylocked version, since the original is copylocked. If the original was uncopylocked, then I would use it since that means the original owner is fine with others using it. For all I know, someone could have stolen the game to do the uncopylocked version. Otherwise, I will see what we can do about remaking the game.
