What program can I use for making icons? (maybe not photoshop cause it is too expensive)
i use “paint.net” (It’s not the download link) , here’s something i did with it as an example. (i didn’t work too much on it)

It’s good for basically anything , although it’s not as good as Photoshop ,obviously.

There’s a program called “Paint 3D”, It’s a standard Microsoft product and comes with a PC, If you don’t use Microsoft you can download paint.net or Gimp, both work really well and I’ve used them in the past
I used to use Gimp and Paint.net (not the link btw) Just recently I switched over to Adobe Photoshop which is good but isn’t worth buying if only using for roblox.
I prefer using Adobe Illustrator when making vector-based logos. I also use Photoshop to create raster-based logos. I sometimes use both depending on the style of the logo.
You can use Photo Editor : Pixlr X - free image editing online.
Its free, very simple, and does a great job overall. Here’s a logo i made from pixlr:
I use “Paint 3D” because it comes with a lot of cool options to design whatever you want. Paint 3D is a Microsoft product that comes with a PC, like @brittate mentioned. If you don’t have this, I recommend paint.net (not the link) because of the many GFX designs I have seen using it, and also a whole lot of cool elements for thumbnails. I don’t use this though, because I feel like Paint 3D is more convenient for me. Hope this helps!
