So I want to start making meshes for my builds and I dont know which program should I use.
Blender 2.8 - It’s free and easy to use
And it is low on ram
(30 charss)
Depends what kind of meshes. Blender is a really great program (as mentioned above) though it certainly has a steep learning curve. If you’re not going to be making organic shapes and need something with more precision, I’d recommend Fusion 360. It’s relatively straightforward and the learning curve isn’t as bad as Blender’s.
Well, this question is kinda weird and even on the DevForum, you can only google: “What’s the best program or software of 3D modeling?”.
Anyway, I go a lot with Blender! And now it has Blender 2.82 ( just minor fixes )! You can reach stuff like this with Blender:
All made by me
Anyway, obviously you can reach a lot more detal with Blender but I’m really nubie to this, so don’t expect 100% detail on my modeling.
Blender is really hard to learn (Trust me I am not joking around, IT IS!). Cinema 4D is what you are looking for and if you wanna know if you can build good stuff with it then check out a YouTuber called “Model Creator” he actually builded some great stuff
Definitely Blender. It is 100% free! I will say however, it is a little complicated but once you get used to it, you should be a professional at it! If you know everything that you are doing, sometimes you can create some very realistic looking renders with it.
Sorry for the bump, it depends on what software you feel comfortable with. If you are just starting out give Blender a shot. It’s free, and there are tons of tutorials and articles online describing how to use it. You just need to put the time in, and just practice. If you want a long term, easier to learn open source program that’s used a lot by different developers, then I’ll choose Blender You’ll learn new tricks.
C4D cost money, while blender is open source. I don’t know if the OP is looking for free softwares or ones that you have to pay for but I personally think it’s not hard to learn if you put the time into learning that software.
