I’ve made this little monster guy, but right now, he’s not very scary.
Could I have some feedback/ideas?

A scarier smile.
A but More Slender (You could use r15 but it’s your choice if u wish to keep it in r6)
A better Hand.
More body Features like an extra hand or another Head maybe.
Next textures tho that’s late game.

Thanks for the suggestions, I appreciate it. 
I would advise more shape, maybe a hunched back. Definitely a scarier face, maybe a hat or some other accessory to make it not look so plain.

Looking at background things, which are realistic, your “monster” isn’t monster at all. More like lego man on which body you spent too much bricks. Make it more realistic. Usually people can say that smth is “moster”, when it scary or disguisting. So add scary face, or just delete him and build smth better.
Personally I never use avatars from roblox in my games, I’m making them myself.
