Looks well made just looks a bit plain.

The boxes can be detailed more, I would recommend remaking them with edges just like real world boxes.
The stand could also do with a bit more detail, such as a tabletop for your avatar’s hands.
Diamond plate wall trims work well too, much better than wood planks. Also make it dark grey wall trims.
Finally, after remaking the box, add some more of them, maybe have one box in the middle.

You said this is supposed to be an abandoned warehouse, but the walls, floor, and ceiling look too clean.
Try adding extra details, such as rust marks, broken woods scattered around the place, and add rusted and broken pipes just like @Simumaster said.
