Hello, so I’ve been making cool anime moves or some stuff that seem cool. I made a beam which charges up then shoots (https://gyazo.com/360d25b9c91a2a39d8dda19727a6a23d) the way I achieved this is weld CFrame. But, when I showed a few of my buddy’s about how I used welding CFrame they told me that it would cause lag. I looked further what he meant but his exact words are " something quick like that will cause lag to keep making a weld and deleting one."
I would explain why I think he’s right but that’s not my question. My question is should I study and try and get good at CFrame or use a bit of both and not be the best at CFrame. I’m not sure if this is a stupid topic but this making me a bit curious.
