I’m unsure of the correct size a plugin icon has to be, I couldn’t find any info saying what size it should be and the error is too vague. Thanks!
I believe it’s a square. If I had to guess it 512x512 would work.
There are 2 likely scenarios for why for icon won’t work.
The first one is your icon is super high resolution, too high, maybe it’s has a resolution around 2,000 x 2,000 pixels. You should check that, it needs to be no bigger than 500 x 500 pixels. The second scenario( and the more likely of the 2) is your file might be a .psd or .ai format for example. .psd is a proprietary file format by photoshop, that means only Photoshop can open it. If it is, export the file as a .png or .jpg then roblox will be able to read it just fine.
