  • I would like Feedback on which 1 is better suited

Terrain with the grass texture looks better, but… it looks quite empty imo.

Only go the ROBLOX terrain route if you wanna go for realism. I think using roblox parts for terrain looks better in this, since all the environmental details are just ROBLOX parts too.

I think that the terrain with grass can best fit what you are looking for if you’re trying to make it look realistic.
