2022 materials grass texture. Found in material service, when you use 2022 materials.
What you need is disable usage of 2022 materials and return to old ones.

If I do that it turns it off for all but I do like the new textures except the grass one. Any way I can disable it for the grass one?

Create MaterialVaraint.
For my project, I did the following:
Used as base pre-2022 materials
New materials are MaterialVariants
You can make same vise-versa.
