why the hell cant i use the scroll wheel to go zoom deeper into the scene or zoom further away in roblox studio??!? it was a feature did they remove it or is it in the settings somewhere??

Go to your Beta Features and disable the option:
If it’s not enabled then use I/O to move around faster
