When I destroy a seat in a car while a player is on the seat, the player glitches out and does the ice skate glitch (they walk like they are on ice skates) so how would I combat this? Would I have to disable the seats before the car gets destroyed?

Would moving the player out of the car before it gets destroyed work?
Probably but surely it would be easier to make the humanoid jump or just disable the seat beforehand?
Make the Humanoid Jump or make the Humanoid.Sit to false then just destroy the seat.
