What triggers the physics system to run at low speed on mobile?

I have a pile of local parts that simulate in “slow motion” when on mobile. The frame rate is fine, what is causing this?

Thanks! There is info on how to identify the throttling. Seeing its mostly occuring from particle effect style parts I can just delete things til the throttling goes away. Groovy!

try anchoring them and doing local raycasting to handle their collision and movement.
