What type of thumbnail should I choose?

Before I start, sorry if this is in the wrong topic.

Hii! I have made a quick game that only took around 2 days to make, and I want a good looking thumbnail that’ll attract players.

I usually make a quick render for a thumbnail, but I wanna switch it up a bit. I was thinking a low quality looking MS Paint style looking thumbnails. (Like the ones that you’d see now and then on your games tab)

The game is called “flex ur playtime lol”, and basically what you do in the game is well, flex the time you’ve played the game for,

Hopefully, you understand what I mean by an MS paint low-quality thumbnail? I can’t find any good examples as of now.

  • Low quality, MS Paint styled thumbnail
  • Good, high-quality thumbnail.

Sorry if the poll doesn’t work properly, it is my first time using one and the settings confused me.

Based on the game name, I think an ms paint styled thumbnail would be the best (and funniest) for the game.

Haha! I wasn’t expecting people to choose “Low quality, MS Paint styled thumbnail”.

I really love those memey low effort thumbnails. They give me a good laugh!

If I was in this situation, I’d choose a GFX Thumbnail. A convience for me is that I am a GFX Designer so I can make thumbnails for myself for free, but I feel like the younger players on the platform enjoy to see thumbnails with other characters playing the game or interacting with others rather then a drawn thumbnail.

In the end, it’s what you think is better for your game.
