Hello there, I was just wondering what version of blender i should use for 3d Modeling, Animation, Rigging and assets. I know those are a lot but I need to know what version of blender i should use for things im looking forward in.

From version 2.80 upwards.
Example, 2.83, 2.90, and so on.
the most recent version should have all the features of the previous versions. the only reason I can think of for using an older version is if the tutorial you are watching is using an older version and the keybinds/UI is different (unlikely) (or you are just too lazy to update your current version) (real)
