What XBox controls should I use? (Gaming standards)

Hi, I have a simple interface for Mobile and Desktop players and I’m looking to include Xbox players to select the options as conveniently as possible…

As I don’t have an Xbox, I don’t know what buttons are most convenient to use as “selection options”. I imagine I would need a “toggle selection” function to switch onto the selected buttons then also a “select selection” function to toggle the option. What Xbox “keys” should I use?

As someone with many years of experience on Xbox I suggest using d-pad for the mentioned options:
R - up d-pad
F - left d-pad
C - down d-pad
M - right d-pad

And also I’m guessing the X button is usually used to toggle out of menus?

Not sure how to answer that. By default Roblox has built-in GUI navigation for Xbox; BACK (on the picture provided by you) to toggle GUI navigation mode and A button for clicking GUI objects. I know that you might be making custom navigation.

B button is usually used to go back in/toggle out GUI. X and Y buttons are used in more complex GUI interactions.
