What's a good damage cap?

I’m making an RPG which involves taking down enemies, leveling up, and progressing the story. However, I was wondering what a good damage cap would be. The enemy HP, as you progress, can get all the way up into the hundred million range. I thought about using numbers that consist of all nines, but I feel like that’s kinda overused in games, so I was thinking about 2,500,000 (two million five hundred thousand).

Something about the number just feels off though, so I was wondering if anybody had a better damage cap. Any suggestions are appreciated!
