I prefer a free one and if not beginner friendly, has a beginner-friendly tutorial and the ones I have currently, which is Inkscape and Photopea, are they good?

There’s a good one, its named Roblox Studio
But try uh “Photoshop” (I think its named like that??)
Or do it in “Paint” (real) (not sure if its name is that cuz I forgot)

I would use Figma. It’s a UI/UX designing app that I use.

Photoshop paid (monthly/yearly)
Photopea (online version of photoshop basically, completely free)
Paint dot net(Free, but you definitely need to install plugins)
Affinity Photo Paid (one time fee)
Figma (won’t really do cartoony ui easily in my experience)
Those are the main programs there are probably lesser known ones that others might know off the top of their head

Thanks guys for the comments, I’ll try with both Figma and Photopea and see which is more suited for me before picking one!
You can but it works awfully, exports really bad
For me it worked perfectly
