CPM is the maximum amount of Robux you are willing to pay for getting 1000 impressions for your ad. If the CPM is too low (ex. 0.05), the sponsorship will lose most auctions and get very minimal impressions, although most Robux will be refunded.
My question is, for a generally rich developer but nowhere near wealthy, how high of a CPM price shall I pay? 0.2? 0.3? 0.5? 1?
