A way alot of people get commisions is by having jobs done by notable clients under their belt, but uh, I’m only starting out doing commissions on roblox, and despite having advertised on many platforms for months before joining devforum, I’ve had no commission requests, what am I doing wrong? Is my art style just not suited for the type of commissions I’m doing, how should I be advertising? Thanks lol

Wait.
It really depends, considering you’re an artist, you could use Twitter to your advantage, make a Portfolio on here and every social media you have, even Instagram and have decent pricing, by that I mean don’t make your commissions cost x3 their worth, so depending on how much time you spent on them, whatever you feel like is fair, you could sell it for. Remember to always keep some type of watermark on your work to prevent people from stealing. Everyone started from nothing so it doesn’t really matter wether you have relations with famous/successful people or not. I recommend accepting as many payment methods as possible, it will most likely higher your chances of requests as many people can only go by USD payment, Robux payment, Nitro payment etc, but that’s really up to you.
I wrote all that on mobile so excuse any grammar mistakes, hope I helped!
I just Visit The Group Recruiting Plaza Game. Tons of players need Logos And stuff.
I haven’t done this myself but I can tell people who do this get a lot of commisions. You want to start out with your prices somewhat cheap then as you get more and more experienced and have more work to show you can sell it for higher prices until you make quite a lot.
I’m there right now actually, thanks!
