What's some good Marketing Practices?

I’ve never made a proper full fledged game, or know any marketing strategies at all, I don’t even know how to run a business, and I’m wondering what are some good practices for a beginner?
I’ve made a couple trash games to get a good understanding of studio and scripting, but now I think I’m ready.

I’m sure it isn’t “Rocket Science” and has some “Common Sense” but I just want to make sure I got everything down before I go all in and try to make something.

The marketing part comes after you have a good, fun, bugless game.

Have good monetization, put a shop gui and some workspace buttons, people must know fast that there’s stuff to buy, the more they buy the more the chances of roblox pushing the game and you can put more robux into ads.

The best marketing for roblox games is to just dump lots of robux into sponsor ads for 15-20 days, some games are easily marketable on social medias some aren’t, you should still do social media game no matter the game, just spam videos on tiktok and youtube you might get lucky and have one go viral.

If you don’t have the game ready and playable already you can do devlogs or you can just do videos of the game’s working mechanics, to get an audience before release.

But no matter the marketing if it’s total trash the game will fail 100%, if the game is good there’s a little chance of success.
