What's the difference between Classic mode and Follow mode?

What’s the difference between classic mode and follow mode of the camera?
I do not see any… In all cases my character stays in the centre of the screen

Speaking from experience.

When having your camera type set to “follow” you will notice that your camera turns with you as your character starts facing the camera.

correct me if im wrong

But for some reason this setting does not have effect on mobile.
No matter if it is Follow or Classic, it always acts as Follow…
