Roblox thumbnail norms is that “Thumbnails should be uploaded in *.jpeg, *.png, *.bmp, *.webp and not exceed 3MB in size.”
So why is it when I upload a png image below 3MB it suddenly has a problem?

Yeah sometime when you upload, the website either tells you its moderated or tell you nothing by throwing error on you saying something it failed. OR the AI moderation sees it being too dark and decided to reject it
