My Place has not been recommended even once.
Also, some players have given bad ratings.
Help me understand what the problem is and what are the glaring flaws?

Hey, I tried it out, and the map is really good! I think if you polished the UI and loading screen it would be a lot more popular and sell the effect of a high quality game. Dont give up on this!

I agree, the interface needs to be improved 
Realistic looking map + car physics makes it feel quite realistic with the handling and fun to drive. Some parts of the map seem incomplete.
I agree with the UI needing updating. Can I also say that I think a Map is required as I have no idea where to go. I did notice that with the drag race area, there is no timer to let me know how quick I have done the sprint in, even though there is a Finished UI popping up.
I did notice the update frequency on the traffic seems pretty low, so the NPC cars, heli, etc seem to jump from position to position, rather than move frame to frame.
Keep working on it, lots of potential here
