on my alternate xbox account, I got banned all the way back on September 6th of 2022 and I still to this day cannot logout. I had to make a new xbox account in order to play roblox on my console.

Till this day, i still cannot log out of my banned old account on my xbox, this is a really annoying issue that i hope will get fixed soon.

Following up on this as there was a misunderstanding and confusion!
We have 3 closed tickets internally, one was from this bug report and two from external sources (that’s why there is no duplicate to link). The engineers worked on one of the external tickets due to more information and became the main ticket, resulting in the others being closed and labeled as duplicates, including this one reported!
Also, the issue should be fixed already since late April!
Therefore, we will close this thread. If the issue comes back, please file a new bug report!
