When do UGC applications reopen?

As of now, Roblox UGC applications are closed. Does anybody know when Roblox will reopen their applications? Was it only opened for the first half of the year or will it reopen anytime soon?

You do not need to APPLY because the program is open, there is nothing to apply for. Id verify yourself and get $10 premium and you should have perms.

How do I verify myself? I can literally just get into the program without doing anything now?
