When editing textlabels, contents get cut off if outside of safe area even when ScreenInsets and SafeAreaCompatibility is set to Off

When editing text labels that are visually able to be seen, contents of the text label when editing them gets cut off when outside the safe area. This happens even if ScreenInsets and SafeAreaCompatibility is turned off.
