When flagging with a custom option I get a "You're creating topics too quickly" error

I don’t know if it is a discourse issue, but nonetheless I’ll post it here, and I wouldn’t really be able to tell since there is no bad posts for me to flag on discourse :\

I haven’t even flagged many posts as the error is making it seem like. This was like my first flag today.

Using a predetermined option like spam doesn’t cause this to appear, just the something else option. The flag still goes through though as the dm gets created and the message “you flagged this for moderation” still appears under.

It’s because when selecting something else - you send a DM to the Forum Moderation group. While it shouldn’t really count as creating posts, it’s a Discourse problem and should be reported to meta.discourse.org
