When getting a notification the icon is wrong

When getting a live notification on the DevForum on Android 13, the notification icon uses the themed material you icon; however, it is not the right icon and uses the generic Discourse icon.

Repro steps:

  1. Get a notification on the DevForum while the website is closed
  2. Observe how the notification icon is wrong and uses the Discourse generic icon

It’s the same for me. I don’t think that this is a bug, but rather a choice of design or simplicity.
