Are you sure the Blender Mesh doesn’t have edges that are separate?
Not sure how experienced with Blender you are, but if you go to the Mesh menu drop down, then click on Clean up and Merge Vertices it should get rid of the extra vertices and lines. You may need to increase the merge distance a bit though to grab all vertexes that are close to each other.

There are a few reasons this could happen. I suspect you are using a subdivision modifier. I also suspect you have baked your texture from scratch.

If your UV mapping is tied to the unsubdivided mesh, but you export a subdivided mesh, you will see mismatches like this. You need to accept the modifier and go back into the UV map and fix these lines manually, or rebake (which is worse).

I think this is because of the not connected faces. Press M in blender and click “by distance”, then import the mesh again
Did you try it on other meshes?

I managed to find a way to fix it using island margins.
