When importing a mesh onto Roblox, the shape changed

Hello, I was working on a terrain piece which looked like this on Blender:

But, after importing it to Roblox I unfortunately received this:

I don’t understand why this is happening, anyone know why?

Check the subsurf modifier in the grass ( in blender ) . Make Sure the render and viewport values for subdivision surface is the same or you will get different results on render and on the viewport. Maybe it’ll help.

If that doesn’t work, just apply the modifier.
