When is the use of other people's clothing and accessories on your game considered "Copyright Infringement"?

Despite the lack of design skills I was able to keep up with the content on my game by using some of roblox’s gear and items (not UGC ones) as part of my game’s models, and also using Synty packs for map art.
Then I was planning to add some NPCs and the question came: What clothes can I give them? I wanted something to fit them (worker’s clothes for workers, a receptionist set for a receptionist, etc) but I don’t think I can use other people’s assets for this, so I ended up using roblox’s packages and clothing for it. Then I thought about a clone of my character i put on my place before. Are the clothing on my character’s clone also a reason for copyright Infringement? I mean, it’s my character, but also it’s not “my” clothes. What about those developers that make a script that creates copies of your friends to show up when you are playing?

You could just credit whoever made the accessories or clothes in your game.

Not sure if you would need to credit ones made by Roblox, though.
