Robux in my account [paid out from group a few minutes ago, all earned from avatar items / experiences]
On the dev-ex menu
Should I wait for the dev-ex menu to update? or should I wait until it shows all of the money before sending my request? (This is my first time dev-exing)
I think you can only devex once a month (dont quote me on that)
So if you have more robux coming in ig wait for that before doing it
Give it a few days to a week., if it still isn’t showing on the developer exchange menu and you’re confident your Robux is eligible, contact support.
The devex page says it can take up to 3 days, I would wait until that’s updated before you devex. Mine has usually always updated straight away
Yeah just to be on the safe-side I’m just gonna wait because I’m not sure. I double checked all my finances to make sure the funds are legitimate, which thank goodness they are.
This just happened to me as well, all my robux is earned from my games which should be eligible, but out of 1.5m which i wanted to devex only 300k appears as eligible.
If I remember correctly, that’s just a visual glitch. Try devexing all the robux you have, it should still go through
