You can write your topic however you want, but you need to answer these questions:

I think you should create an ‘event bot’, with all the features in each event loaded and ready. Then the bot can launch each event at the specified date!
This really depends on wich type of event you wanna do, for example if you want something like a battle pass you should start working on it asap since it will take you to make the rewards, UI and code the whole rewards section.
If you want something as simple as a scavenger hunt take ur time and work on it when you want as this is something easy to make and you dont have to work much on it, for this I suggest start working 2 and a half weeks before the time you want it released.
But for something different that is on a medium level of difficulty just start working in around November 5.
This is mostly your choise cause we dont really know what do you want to do and what are your skills in making and coding this type of stuff so this is on you.

November 1st is definitely a good date IF you are gonna spend all your time on it. I generally release events 2-4 weeks before the holiday.
Spend at least a month to make sure the event is as high quality as possible. That is my opinion, others may vary, but I think a month is a good amount of time. You could even go a month and a half if you don’t think you’ll finish in time.
