When the back button is clicked on the config for dev items on group it returns you back to the player

Reproduction Steps

  1. Select the creator as a group
  2. Click on a “DEVELOPMENT ITEMS” and then click on any development item (e.g. audio, decal).
  3. Click the back button
  4. It moves you back into the player rather then the group

Expected Behavior

I would expect it to move me back to the group and selected on the the development item section

Actual Behavior

It turns the creator back to the player who is logged in and moves the section to “EXPERIENCE”.

Issue Area: Creator Dashboard
Page URL: Any page in the dev item
Impact: Small (but very annoying and causes workflow to decrease)
Frequency: Constantly
